The Process
How it works
Step 01
Plan & budget
Tell us about your build — pick a floor plan or share your own, and choose your log style: full logs or half logs. We talk through your land, budget, and what your local trades will handle.
Step 02
Design & quote
Talk with Jeff to get a ballpark quote based on your plan. Once you're ready to move forward, we finalize the blueprints and lock in a firm price for your log package. What you see is what ships.
Step 03
Source & deliver
Once your plan is final, submit a request for the logs and timbers you need. We source, prepare, and deliver them directly to your build site on our own truck.
Step 04
Build locally
Your builder, your crew, or you handle construction using the supplied package and assembly documentation. Text or call — Jeff stays involved through the build.
